namely:

• Fact of registration of notary acts in the electronic registry of notary acts being fulfilled by your participation;
• Fact of registration of notary act in the electronic registry of notary acts being submitted to you;
• Information concerning the current status (amendment and/or revocation) of the notary act fulfilled by your participation or submitted to you.

In order to get desired information use search panel placed in the left vertical menu. For searching the following parameters shall be indicated in the search panel:

• 9-digit registration number of the act in electronic notary registry.
• Unique 14-digit individual number (search code) assigned to the act.
• Protective 5-symbol code according to the sample provided by the program.

Please, take into consideration that information searched by the program will be shown only in case of successful implementation of these procedures and correct entry of information.
